If I'm in a routine then I'll be okay, it just takes about 1/2 hour to get to sleep then I'm fine. Over the past few weeks however I've been traveling through Europe and have had the worst insomnia of my life. I've put it down to stress and the fact that I'm not eating very well because I'm traveling so much.

Interestingly, the first thing my yoga teacher said when I mentioned my sleeping problem was to work on my muladhara ... and I keep being told that. I have a restless body and a restless mind, and I am naturally thin and don't think it's possible to put on weight. Apparently this is all related to muladhara too. So when I stop traveling I'll work hard on my yoga practice with muladhara in mind and see if it makes a big difference.

Thanks for the awesome blog by the way!

Re: Technologies to help you sleep

thanks, lenette. The battery lasts about two weeks if you leave it on 24/7, in my experience. But I usually don't have it on all the time so it lasts about one month or longer now.

Re: Technologies to help you sleep

how do you know when to change the battery on your zapper?
