How utterly inspiring ;)

Here's what is necessary to a great life: fresh air, clean water, sunlight, fresh whole foods (no need for so-called "super" foods (=just another marketing concept), being in nature, meditation (yoga, tai chi, qi gong, etc.), music/dance/art and other (cool) people (for fun, games and love).

Everything else, like ormes gold and superfoods, is either superflous or an outright rippoff (purported easy "fixes" which can be sold for profit, more like drugs, cigarettes and alcohol than you'll admit at this point I would guess).

You really believe Wolfe and the gang are anywhere near the level of Krishnamurti, Yogananda, Jesus, Buddha, etc.? Please, take a hard look at yourself and this whole scheme.

I've been where you're at, and it will seem downright silly to you in time (but maybe you just have to go through it....I suppose I did, but I didn't have anyone telling me this).

Peace and Love,

Re: Raw foodist body building

good jobs...i'll be back later

Re: Hemp: What the World Needs Now

I love hemp food products!!!!!

Re: An Amazing Message from Elements for Life Founder: Please Read!

Hi Steve, I totally agree :) Have you checked out http://www.superheroteam.info/ yet?

Re: An Amazing Message from Elements for Life Founder: Please Read!

OMG, this is SO revolutionary: a super-tonic distributed via MLM that's gonna take us to the next level! I couldn't agree more. Having lots of produce handy has helped me so much. Right now I live with people who have bread/pasta/cheese always and as soon as I get low on raw healthy foods, their stuff starts looking a whole lot better to my hungry self. A stocked fridge diffuses almost all my cravings, because I'll never go out of my way to buy unhealthy food, but if it's there and I'm having a weak moment, I'm more apt to eat something that will make me feel less than optimal.

Re: Have a Transformational New Year!

Awesome! No side flavors/smells whatsoever that I can detect. Only issue has been difficulties pouring the water due to the weight, but there are for example top-mounted manual pumps one can buy, or one could just use gravity and a hose.

Seems like we will continue this for now. Very happy about this great tasting H2O! :-)

Re: Have a Transformational New Year!

Happy New Year! These affirmations from Abraham Hicks are my inspiration and reminder of our individual nature and greatness:

You are a physical extension of that which is non-physical.
You are here in this body because you chose to be here.
The basis of your life is freedom; the purpose of your life is joy.
You are a creator; you create with your every thought.
Anything that you can imagine is yours to be or do or have.
You are choosing your creations as you are choosing your thoughts.
The Universe adores you; for it knows your broadest intentions.
Relax into your natural well-being. All is well.
You are a creator of thoughtways on your unique path of joy.
Actions to be taken and money to be exchanged are by-products of your focus on joy. You may appropriately depart your body without illness or pain.
You can not die; you are everlasting life.

Re: Is Your Refrigerator Stocked for Raw Success?

Thanks Gina!

Re: Is Your Refrigerator Stocked for Raw Success?

Looks like u snick into our apartment and took a pic of my fridge. great piece! thanks.

Gina

Re: Is Your Refrigerator Stocked for Raw Success?

Great post Lenette! I think you're right on....not being stocked is where it's easy to get tripped up. I'm most successful on raw is when I am fully loaded and prepared. I agree that it is the key to making it happen.
xo.....Penni

Re: Question of the Year:

I drink water filtered using a Wellness Water Countertop filter. Lenette, we met at the superfood gathering. Thanks for organizing, for generously sharing your home and your knowledge!

My question today concerns drinking water: Different types, different approaches. What have you all found to be best out of every aspect?

Along with my resolution for 2009 to be all raw comes the urge to upgrade from a puny faucet mounted carbon filter to something more "thorough"! Intuition seems to tell me that distilled water is the way to go, as it is very low in impurities and might also aid the body in getting rid of unwanted minerals and waste.

In addition to asking for your opinions, experiences, I'd also be grateful to hear about good sources for home delivery of distilled (and other) water. Seems like unreactive bottle material would be desirable, due to distilled water being "mineral hungry."

Thanks for reading--See you around! :-)

-Daniel

Re: VeeV: World’s first acai berry spirit?

Hi.
There are so many benefits that you can get out of the acai berry that every person should have free access to it. It would save the world so much money it would be unbelievable.
Why is it when something good is found in this world that so many people want to find reasons why you should not use it.
In this case Acai delivers so much goodness without the side effects from natural sources it makes you wonder if the anti acai groups are paid from the pharmaceuticals
Companies.
Good food for good health
Sandra & Ted
http://www.goodfoodgoodhealthforyou.com

Re: First-ever Go Raw Chicago Interview: With Jason Janiak

Thanks so much Dhru :) You were the inspiration behind this, you know!
